At TKO Toy Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the box for identification.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
